I'm back from my trip around the world!

Aaaand my end-semester exams are almost on top of me (no rest for the wicked, no preciouss), so I'll keep this short and sweet. I had an absolute whale of a time that involved things ranging from riding the Revenge of the Mummy at Universal Studios in L.A to eating ramen in Japan, met tons of incredible new people, and some equally incredible old ones (I'm looking at you, ~DeadGP and *LaughingAstarael!), sat spellbound through three Broadway shows, ran gawking around Harajuku, took approximately five million photographs, and generally succeeded in ensuring that I was a timezone-muddled and exhausted wreck by the time I finally limped back into India. xD I could go on, but they say a picture tells a thousand words, and so -

And this is a long, picture-studded and rambly blog entry on my trip to Japan, which my friends tell me is hilarious, and which certainly had me gasping for breath while writing it.

Re: NaNoWrimo - I'm...sort of entering? By which I mean that I have my end semester exams smack in the middle of November, and so don't really expect to get much done, but am going to start on a novel anyway and do whatever little I can, and hey who knows, maybe I'll surprise myself. Is anyone else going at it this year?
